Scrambled Eggs for Six

12 eggs
1/4 c milk or sour cream
dash pepper
salt to taste
1 c grated cheese (opt)
8-12 oz mushrooms, sliced and sauteed (opt)

Mix all in a bowl and beat until lemon-colored and thick.

Pour into hot greased frying pan and stir with a spatula until light and fluffy and just barely dry.

Serve hot plain or with ketchup, salsa, or maple syrup.
