Buttercream Frosting

with milk instead of cream, and with 1/8 tsp lemon and 1/8 tsp orange added, and it came out QUITE good. The texture was fantastic.

We used NOT vegetable shortening  Shortening, and it beats up lighter and fluffier than all-vegetable shortening does.
