Kids' Favorite Macaroni-Beef-Corn Casserole

 Macaroni-Beef-Corn Casserole

1- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 tbsp dried chopped onions
2 c elbow macaroni
2  8-oz cans tomato sauce (or 2 c tomato sauce) 
2 c water (can replace the tomato sauce AND water with 4 c tomato juice, but it costs a lot more)
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 - 2 c grated cheddar cheese
2 tsp chili powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 can corn, drained

Brown the ground beef, onions, and macaroni in a large frying pan. Drain the grease off. Add tomato sauce, water, tomato soup, half of the cheese, chili powder, salt, pepper, and corn. Stir well (If your frying pan is not big enough, you can put the soup, sauce, and water directly into the baking pan and stir in the other ingredients there). Pour into an ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour uncovered. Sprinkle on remaining cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes.
